Flavor Profile: Has both Indonesian and Central American qualities. Maintains a heavy mouthfeel and prominent spiciness like an Indonesian coffee; however, it has bright, orange-like acidity to cut through that results in a nice clean cup. No hints of chocolate but rather a brown sugar and honey sweetness throughout.
