Origins: Harrar Region from farmer, Rashid Abdullahi. Specially selected cherries, Mr. Abdullahi has implemented a raised-bed drying process which has improved quality.
Altitude: 1,200-2100 Meters
Process: Fully Natural, sun-dried on raised beds
Roast Level: Dark
Flavors: A delicately earthy, dark chocolate body with notes of blackberry. Best if aged at least 2-3 weeks after roast date
