Origins: 2300 small scale farmers created the Central Multiple Service Cooperative. All the farmers do the initial coffee processing then bring their crop to the dry mill in the town Palacaguina for drying. Each stage is carefully supervised to ensure stict quality control
Process: Washed then patio sun dried
Roast Level: Dark
Varietal: Caturra, catimor and Catuai
Certifications: USDA Organic, Fair Trade
Flavors: Sweet chocolate notes and creamy mouthfeel almond finish. Very similar to El Salvador
