Origins: San Vicente started in 2001 as a way to fulfill Fidel Paz' father's dream of having a successful coffee farm. This coffee has become know for its quality and consistency. With its rich volcanic soil and being near Lake Yojoa to add to its unique taste. E/P stands for European-Preparation, which means it was hand-sorted to greatly reduce the coffee defect
Process: Washed then mechanically dried
Roast Level: MEDIUM
Varietal: Pacas, Catimor, Catuai, Bourbon
Flavors: Notes of baker's chocolate, slight nuttiness and creamy mouthfeel. Very similar to Guatemala Antigua
