Organic Colombia Huila ASOBOMBO RFA
Origins: This coffee comes to us from the Arrayanes sub-municipality in Pitalito, Huila, Colombia. It is produced by members of the ASOBOMBO association, which has approximately sixty members. The average farm size is about four hectares and contains about 20,000 trees.
Process: 24 hour fermentation (develop complexity), then washed. It is then dried on raised beds under plastic tents
Roast Level: Medium
Flavor Profile: Medium-bodied cup with milk chocolate and honey sweetness with orange acidity. The complexity is enhanced by the coffee undergoing a 24hour fermentation process before being dried
Certifications: USDA Organic, Rainforest Alliance Certified.
