Origins: Northern Huila Region in the town of Santa Maria which is not far from the department capital of Neiva
Process: Fully Washed then Mechanically Dried
Roast Level: Medium & Dark Roast
Flavor Profile: Medium-bodied cup with bright, red apple acidity and brown sugar sweetness. Typically this region has bright, sweet flavors such as tangerine and red apple.
Farm To Cup Connection: In June 2019, JavAroma traveled throughout Colombia to visit coffee farms, including this area Santa Maria in Huila. Cuatro Vientos Exporters took us on a tour of the Huila area, and we actually coffee sampled this Santa Mariablend while in Colombia. Everyday they sample and search for the highest quality coffee from area farmers, and we think this regional blend hit the mark. We loved it so much, we wanted to feature it to our customers.
