Producers: Three major farms contributed to this coffee, along with many other small producers. These three farms: Finca Joya Grande, Finca Colomba and Finca la Maravilla. For example, Finca Joya Grande has a strict shade-grown policy and preserves the area by utilizing organic fertilizer with the use of coffee pulp.

Flavors: Medium body of milk chocolate, almond and hint of raspberry. Has a medium acidity when roasted at medium.
