Origins: Guracho in the Guji Region & Oromia Region from the Kercha Washing Station. Guji is named for one of the tribes of the Oromo and some reside in the Oromia region, which is why some Guji coffees can come from both Guji & Oromia. Many small producers contributed to this specialtylot

Roasty Level: Medium
Flavors: Light-bodied coffee with bright lemongrass acidity, floral undertones and mandarin orange sweetness.
Cupping Notes: 2/2020- Tested sample 2 days after roast date. This coffee popped of mandarin orange and lemongrass in the cup even though it is a washed Ethiopian. Floral not tasted in cup but undertones in aroma - Good light-medium body
