Flavors: Light bodied-medium-bodied with caramel sweetness, melon tartness and a green tea finish. Refreshing spring & summer coffee
Sustainability Initiative: Nothing registered; however, the farmers were given a living wage while developing coffee farms to become their cash crop in the specialty coffee industry. In addition, a portion of profits goes to improve the lives of orphans and widows in the villages.
Cupping Notes: 2/2020 : Tasted sample two days from roast date. Light-bodied coffee and prominent melon notes with a green tea finish. No chocolate sweetness in cup, but has caramel sweetness. If you are looking for a light-bodied coffee this would be it. Do a cold brew on it, and it would be a refreshing summer drink similar to a tea
