Cupping Notes: 2/2020 : Tasted sample two days from roast date. Medium-bodied with a well-rounded citrus, fruit notes. No chocolate sweetness in cup, but has caramel sweetness. Difference between this Huila and the Cauca coffee just offered, is in the acidity type. The Cauca did not have any citrusy notes compared to this Huila one. When cupped side-by-side, you can notice the difference. Very similar in body
