Nicaragua Jinotega SHG EP
Origins: Jinotega is the largest coffee region in Nicaragua. This coffee was produced by many small farmers in the region. The terms SHG (strictly high grown) EP (European Process) describe how the coffee was harvested and processed.
Process: Hand-picked, wet milled and fermented by individual farmers. The coffee is then transported to be dry milled together for uniformity
Roast Level: Medium & Dark
Flavors: As with the Honduras, expect heavy-bodied with creamy mouthfeel of dark chocolate, nut notes and brown sugar sweetness. Mild acidity
