Flavors: Medium-bodied with cocoa, cane sugar sweetness and a clean black tea finish. Refreshing spring & summer coffee
Certifications: Rainforest Alliance: farms have at least 40% of land covered in canopy, significant species diversity (at least 12 native tree species per hectare, on average) and a system of natural vegetation buffers between agricultural land and bodies of water. The farms also use organic fertilizers.
Cupping Notes: Cupping Notes 4/2021: Compared to Rwanda Buliza, this Rwanda Blend has more body to it, a little heavier than the Buliza. It does have cocoa notes with a black tea finish. Subtle acidity.
