Cupping Notes: TBA on new crop//// Did comparison sampling between this coffee and the Ethiopia Guracho Guji. The Guji had a distinct orange note, while this coffee did not. The cane sugar sweetness comes through on the Yirgacheffe . As with the Guracho Guji, this coffee also has floral aroma, which is typical for this region.
