Process: Pulped, fermented and processed in artisanal wet mills on the farms. Machine Dried & Sorted for Quality

Flavors: Heavy body with dark chocolate, walnut and brown sugar sweetness
Certifications: USDA Organic & Volcafe Way Sustainability Program. USDA guidelines: farmed without the use of synthetic pesticides, herbicides and fertilizers. The coffees were then picked, processed, packed and stored in accordance with USDA Organic standards. Volcafe Way is a sustainability initiative program in which Volcafe works with producers to manage their farms and become sustainably profitable.
