Process: Natural (Dry-Processed), dried on raised bed for 3-5 weeks before the cherries were hulled

Flavors: Because of the coffee bean drying in the sun with the fruit still intact, the fruit pops in this coffee. This roast gives a smooth, creamy mouthfeel, high levels of sweetness with pronounce blackberry and plum with cane sugar sweetness
Cupping Notes: 10/2022: Medium: Blackberry is prominent in the aroma. During cupping, blackberry & plum notes with a nice, clean cane sugar sweetness. Bright acidity, light-bodied, smooth & sweet.
