Flavors: As a dry-processed (natural) coffee, this coffee is special and unique. Because of the coffee bean drying in the sun with the fruit still intacted, the blueberry-like flavor stands out in each cup. This roast gives a smooth, creamy mouthfeel, high levels of sweetness with pronounce blueberry and chocolate notes.
