Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Kochere
Origins: Kochere in Ethiopia. Known for producing some of the best Yirgacheffee coffees in the region, this specialty coffee is put together by local, small farmers in the area. The iron-rich acidic soil and high altitude is ideal for a lively cup of joe.
Process: Wet-Processed then dried on raised beds
Roast Level: Medium
Flavors: .Very complex. Has both stone fruit flavor notes with a balanced citrus acidity. Floral aroma, which is typical of this region. It has a syrup mouthfeel but does not linger.
