Origins: Finca El Pacayal is located in San Miguel Pochutta, Chimaltenango. As with coffees from the Antigua region, the El Pacayal is grown in rich, volcanic soils.

Process: Washed then Sun-dried
Roast Level: Dark Roast
Varietal: Bourbon, Caturra, Catuai
Certifications: Rainforest Alliance, which involves environment sustainability including shade growing.
Flavors: As this coffee approaches the dark roast stage, it has notes of milk chocolate and carmel notes. Since this coffee is grown in volcanic soils, it has similar qualities, but milder, as a coffee from the Antigua region . It is a lighter-bodied dark roast.
