Process: Natural (Dry-Processed) then dried on raised beds for 15 days
Roast Level: Medium
Flavors: Because of the coffee bean drying in the sun with the fruit still intact, the fruit pops in this coffee.Medium-bodied with prominent blueberry and lemon acidity & cane sugar sweetness.
Certification: This natural process micro-lot was grown organically (but not certified)
Cupping Notes: 6/2020: Comparison testing between this coffee & Ethiopia Sidamo Natural. The Yirgacheffe had much more blueberry fruit and lemon acidity than the Sidamo. This still has the creamy mouthfeel with a nice sweetness. The Sidamo had a cocoa finish, this Yirgacheffee did not, it was just creamy and sweet with a nice blueberry lemon flavor.
