Cupping Notes: 6/2020: Comparison testing between this coffee & Ethiopia Sidamo Natural. The Yirgacheffe had much more blueberry fruit and lemon acidity than the Sidamo. This still has the creamy mouthfeel with a nice sweetness. The Sidamo had a cocoa finish, this Yirgacheffee did not, it was just creamy and sweet with a nice blueberry lemon flavor.
